Pre-Order Policy

How It Works

1. Place Your Reservation
Secure your item by paying the required deposit during checkout.

2. We Confirm Availability
Our team will check and purchase the item from the official store or authorized retailer once your order is received.

3. Balance Payment (For Deposit Orders)
A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent to you, and our team will proceed with purchasing and securing the item on your behalf.

4. Complete Payment Within 24 Hours
The balance payment must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the payment link. Orders with unpaid balances after 24 hours may be automatically cancelled, and the deposit paid will be refunded.

5. Shipping to Malaysia
After the item arrives at our Japan warehouse, it will be shipped to Malaysia for final delivery.

Estimated arrival times are provided as a guide and may vary due to supplier, shipping, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
Deposits are non-refundable once we have successfully secured the item on your behalf.
If the item is unavailable or cannot be secured, we will notify you and provide a refund of any eligible payments made.
Promotional prices, limited-edition releases, and sale items may sell out quickly before purchase can be completed.
