Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed unless the item received does not match our description.

Authenticity of Products

All items are original and imported by LoveSkin by ULS from the United States of America and Europe.

New Merchandise Only

LoveSkin by ULS does not accept consignments or trade-ins. All items sold, including those in the “Clearance” and “Discounted Items” categories, are brand new.

Customer Conduct

We do not tolerate impatient, picky, or rude customers.

Fixed Pricing

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Product Condition

All goods are purchased at discounted prices from outlets, which means there may be minor imperfections. Returns and/or refunds are not accepted for minor defects unless the defect is major and renders the product unusable.

Warranty Policy

Brands available on our website do not offer international warranties. Warranties for all items, are not valid outside the United States of America.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for any incidents occurring during the delivery process. Once a parcel is handed over to the courier partner, we no longer have control over the product handling.

Courier Issues

For any incidents during the delivery process, please follow up with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Refund and Return

To be eligible for return and refund, the item must be in its original condition. This means the packaging should be unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.

Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.

This return policy does not apply to items marked as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

For online orders, please note that the shipping costs for returning the product will not be covered by Loveskinbyuls.

Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to, and not affected by, this return policy.

If you meet these requirements, you can contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. Please select 'Returns / Exchanges' as the issue and provide your order number along with the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

Insurance

All parcels are insured up to RM1,000. Additional insurance is not available.

Buy Now Pay Later

If customers use Buy Now Pay Later options, refunds are not available for any issues. Store credit will be provided instead.

Inspection Period

Please inspect your items within 24 hours of arrival and contact us within this period for any issues. Cases reported after 24 hours will not be processed.

Price Adjustments

All sales are final and no price adjustments will be made for prior purchases.

Coupon Validity

Coupons are valid only for products showing the coupon code upon checkout or in the product description.

Pre-order ETA

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) indicates the shipment’s arrival at our warehouse, not the final delivery address. It is subject to change, especially due to global disruptions. Proceed if you are willing to wait. Contact us for clarification.

Order Cancellation

If customers use Buy Now Pay Later options, no refund will be offered for order cancellations. Store credit will be provided instead.

Shipping

We deliver within 5 working days, not counting weekends and public holidays, depending on the courier's ability.

Palette Purchases

When purchasing a palette from our online store, please be aware that due to the fragile nature of the item, it may suffer minor cracks during shipping. We will only process refunds if the palette is damaged beyond use. By completing the purchase, the customer accepts the risk of minor damage and acknowledges that such imperfections will not qualify for a refund.

Promo Codes

Promo codes must be applied during the checkout process. LoveSkin by ULS is not responsible for price adjustments on previous orders if the promo code was not entered. Ensure the promo code is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Pickup

LoveSkin by ULS does not offer pickup option.
